Crosscut Saw

Rip Saw

Cuts along the grain. Teeth are chisel-shaped to remove material.

Japanese Pull Saw

Cuts on the pull stroke. Thinner blade allows finer cuts.

Coping Saw

Thin blade in a frame for curved cuts and interior cutouts.

Chisels

• Bench chisels - General purpose, various widths

Tip: Always chisel away from your body. Keep chisels sharp.

Planes
